MUAA Alumni
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your MUAA Alumni account and associated data at any time. Deletion is irreversible.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open MUAA Alumni and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account (below Sign Out) and confirm twice.
Your account and data are removed immediately and you’re signed out.
Option 2 — Request by email (no app needed)
Email info@muasda.org from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my MUAA Alumni account.” We verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your login and profile — name, class year, city, title/organization, bio, and profile photo
- Your posts and community-feed activity
- Your event RSVPs
- Your chat messages and chat identity
- Your device push-notification token
- Usage analytics tied to your account
What we may retain
Records that exist only to keep the community safe (for example, a report someone else filed about content) are kept in de-identified form — the link to your identity is removed. We retain no personal profile data after deletion. Donation/payment records, where legally required, are handled per our Privacy Policy.
